THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can bring HUPO's story to life online. This role is hands-on and creative; you'll be capturing content at events, shaping it into standout posts, and managing our presence across LinkedIn (our most important platform), Instagram, and other channels.

This role is about growing and engaging our audience organically, understanding how to work with algorithms, and making HUPO's unique personality shine through every piece of content you create.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Capture video and photo content in the office, at workshops, keynote events, and outdoor locations.
  • Produce high-quality reels, shorts, graphics, and posts that reflect HUPO's tone and values.
  • Write clear, engaging copy with perfect attention to spelling and detail.
  • Review, manage and organise existing content banks for useable content (we have a lot)
  • Monitor trends and insights, adapting content to maximise reach and organic growth.
  • Collaborate with HUPO team to align content with brand goals and campaigns.

ABOUT YOU

·      A strong content creator who knows how to capture & edit professional-looking short-form video & photographs

·      Confident writing for LinkedIn with a polished, human, professional tone.

·      Experience managing content for a business or brand, not just personal accounts.

·      Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in bringing new ideas to the table.

·      Passionate about storytelling and able to convey depth, personality, and professionalism.

·      Comfortable filming and creating in a range of environments from boardrooms to beaches
