Hey We're INFIX Studio, a storytelling-led creative agency. We build brands, craft campaigns, and love nothing more than content that connects.

We're looking for someone hungry to grow. If you've done a bit of social media before, like creating content, writing captions, and you're curious about growth + community + brand voice- this could be your next move.

This is your chance to learn from makers: you'll work alongside our Founder, Lead Strategist, Accounts Coordinator, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers. You'll get hands-on. You'll get creative. And you'll learn fast.

What the role looks like

You will:

  • Assist in creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn + more, for a variety of clients
  • Help create video-first content (Reels, TikToks, short clips), and be in front of the camera
  • Source or brief visual assets, collaborate with designers to bring content to life
  • Engage with audiences - community management, comments, DMs, listening, responding
  • Use tools to schedule, track, report - seeing what works, what could work better
  • Keep your finger on the pulse: trends, formats, ideas popped up in your feed - what can we adapt?
  • Be part of building personal brands (yours and ours) - behind-the-scenes content, team spotlight, creative experimentation

What we'd love you to bring

You might be our ideal person if:

  • You've got
    1+ years
    in social media / content coordination (this isn't a deal-breaker, but a nice to have)
  • You can write good copy - captions, hooks - for different voices
  • You're confident with video content or open to getting comfortable with video (on-camera is a plus)
  • Organised, proactive, curious - you don't need to be senior, you just need to want to learn and iterate
  • You love social media not just for posting, but for storytelling, community, trends
