Business Development manager

Salary: $120,000 + Profit Sharing Program

Location: Perth Based – includes travel across the countryside

Are you ready to drive growth, build strong relationships, and represent a smaller family owned business.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach across Australia and into the Mining industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across regional and metro markets
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Representing our business at meetings, events, and industry gatherings
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Driving growth through a mix of prospecting, networking, and account management

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to travel and represent the business confidently on the road
