Trainee Dental Receptionist – Claremont Dental Practice

Location: Claremont, Perth

Days: 3 days per week

We're looking for a Trainee Dental Receptionist to join our professional and supportive team in Claremont.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's eager to learn and grow — perfect for a school leaver or anyone looking to begin their career in the dental field. No prior dental experience is required; full training will be provided by our experienced team.

You'll be the welcoming face of our practice and play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
  • Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks
  • Learning dental software and reception procedures
  • Helping ensure the smooth, efficient running of the practice
