Laboratory Technicians

We are seeking enthusiastic, team focussed Laboratory Technicians for positions in our Science Department commencing from Jan 2026.

To be successful you will possess:

• Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or higher qualification
• Be resident in Australia and have the right to work unrestricted
• Laboratory Technician experience
• Experience using materials and equipment for chemistry, physics and biological sciences, and preparing samples, experiments and demonstrations
• Current knowledge of OHS and safe work practices in a scientific environment
• Ability to quickly identify risks/hazards and appropriately document/report these
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment with staff and students
• Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills with a flexible approach
• Strong attention to detail
• IT proficiency and able to use learning management systems
• Willingness to model and promote the College's Vision, Mission and Values
