Medical Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Health in Mind.This is a part-time role hours a week with flexibility around hours. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary mental health team who are passionate and committed to assisting individuals improve their mental health and holistic wellbeing.

Health in Mind is a privately owned contemporary mental health clinic located in Claremont. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Counsellors.

The Opportunity

Health in Mind is looking to employ a part-time Receptionist to join our expanding clinic in Claremont.  Working 2-3 days a week, you may be required to work until 630pm on one day.

What we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Mature professional who has a solution focused mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as confidence to work autonomously
• Ability to work at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail
• Experience in a reception– ideally in the health sector
• Prior experience with Gentu or Genie desirable
