About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vocational Training Administrator to join our Training department. You will look after enquiries, applications and enrolments from prospective students for the accredited training programs we run as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will administer our Learning Management System (Moodle) and our Student Management System (Accelerate). You will also provide administrative support to our Vocational Trainers.

This is a fixed term position, working 3 days per week based out of our Brisbane office.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent experience in Vocational Training Administration
  • High level of customer service and communications skills
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills and abilities
  • Experience in communicating in a range of settings to a wide variety of people
  • Intermediate level of expertise using Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or other Education/Training organisation
