About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team at Brisbane Safe Work Training Pty Ltd on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training and assessment to our clients in Underwood, QLD. This is a flexible, contract-based position that offers opportunities for growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and deliver engaging training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients
  2. Assess students' competency and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  5. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the quality of our programs
  6. Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant vocational qualifications and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  2. Demonstrated experience in delivering TLI41225 – Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training Specialisation Group A – Car & Specialisation Group B - Heavy Vehicle.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  5. Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the professional development of our clients
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
