The Role

You'll deliver and assess training for the Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (CPC30620), ensuring students gain hands-on experience and professional knowledge to thrive in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess painting and decorating units.
  • Conduct practical training in simulated and real-world environments.
  • Mentor students and support their learning progress.
  • Maintain compliance with ASQA, WHS, and NVC standards.
What You Need
  • Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or higher qualification).
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Strong industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
