About the role
Reporting to the GM-Marketing & Customer Engagement, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering compelling, community focused campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and customer connection across all BlueFit Group brands.
You'll be the driving force behind initiatives that not only boost memberships & enrolments but create meaningful community connections, inspiring healthy, active lifestyles across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign & Promotion Management: Lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers across our swim schools, health club, and programs.
 - Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer journey by managing feedback channels, online reviews, digital listings, and website content to enhance satisfaction, accuracy, and brand reputation.
 - Event & Engagement Activities Management: Oversee the marketing tasks associated with the delivery of the annual plan for events and community engagement activities

About You
You're a creative and organised marketer who thrives on bringing brands to life and building genuine connections with communities.
You enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously, working collaboratively across teams, and using data and insights to continually improve campaign performance.
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting clear, consistent messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
You're comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution, from overseeing brand consistency and content creation to supporting event planning and digital marketing initiatives.
Above all, you're adaptable, proactive, and driven by the opportunity to make a real impact through meaningful marketing that inspires participation and engagement.
Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, PR, business, or a related field.
 - Current CPR and Senior First Aid certifications.
 - A valid driver's license and Working With Children clearance relevant to your state or territory.
 
Work Locations & On Call Requirements
This full-time role is based at our National Site Support Office in Essendon, Victoria.
Given the nature of the leisure and aquatic industry, with facilities open early mornings and late evenings, this role requires participation in a rotating on call weekend roster to respond to urgent requests or issues and ensure seamless operations and support. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential.
