About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on support across campaign execution, content coordination, and digital channel management. This operational role ensures smooth delivery of marketing activities through administration, coordination and liaison with events teams and stakeholders. The position supports the marketing team through project support, content scheduling, social media management, basic reporting and administration to drive member engagement and program participation.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
What You'll Do:
Campaign and Content Coordination
- Support campaign execution through administrative coordination and task management
- Schedule and coordinate content production workflows and approval processes
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign timelines across teams
- Assist with campaign asset development and creative production coordination
- Support content distribution across multiple channels and platforms
- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for campaign deliverables
- Maintain campaign files, assets and project documentation
Digital Marketing/ Social Media
- Execute daily social media tasks including content posting and community engagement
- Coordinate website updates and digital content publishing
- Support email marketing campaigns through list management and scheduling
- Monitor social media channels and respond to member enquiries
- Assist with digital analytics collection and basic reporting
- Maintain digital asset libraries and content repositories
- Support digital campaign execution and performance tracking
Events and Stakeholder Liaison
- Coordinate marketing support for events, programs and professional development offerings
- Liaise with event teams to ensure marketing materials and promotional timelines are met
- Support event registration processes and member communications
- Coordinate marketing activities with chapter staff and program coordinators
- Assist with venue coordination and logistics for marketing related activities
- Maintain stakeholder contact databases and communication records
- Provide administrative support for member engagement initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Professional development in digital marketing, social media, project coordination or related areas advantageous
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing or events
