The Role
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in implementing marketing initiatives across the network of pubs. Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the key executor of campaigns, contributing significantly to increased brand awareness and customer engagement across food and beverage, entertainment, retail, and gaming. You will be instrumental in supporting our strategic pillars, from digital transformation to local market activations, within a dynamic and decentralised team.
Responsibilities
● Digital Campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website content updates.
● Content Management: Coordinate and publish digital content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and specific campaign objectives. Assist with a full website redevelopment, SEO optimisation and maintaining branded structures.
● On-Premise Activations: Support the planning and execution of on-premise events, promotions, and activations, including logistics and material preparation.
● Community and Reputation Management: Monitor and engage with online communities across social media channels, assisting with reputation management.
● Data Support: Collect and compile data for marketing reports, providing insights on digital campaign performance, and assisting with the centralised GA4 system.
● Promotional Materials: Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials, both digital and print.
● Administrative Support: Maintain and organise digital marketing assets and provide administrative support to the broader marketing team as required.
● Loyalty Program Assistance: Support the launch and execution of our new application-based loyalty program.
About You
● years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related coordination role.
● Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
● Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and are proactive about staying up-to-date with current trends, including proficiency in SEO, digital advertising and social media campaigns.
● Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication skills, particularly in digital content creation.
● Proactive, enthusiastic, and have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
● Experience with or a passion for the hospitality and pub industry is highly regarded.
