- Are a strong writer who can simplify complex ideas.
- Are curious about how products work and love explaining them.
- Want to build skills across both marketing and product enablement.
- Enjoy experimenting with content, channels, and messaging.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Want to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
Bonus Points
- You've created or edited short video content.
- You've played around with tools like HubSpot, Loom, or Notion.
- You're interested in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
- You're based in Melbourne (or at least Australia).
About The Company
We're a legal tech startup on a mission to modernize how in-house legal teams manage their work — making it easier to track matters, demonstrate value, and operate strategically.
Founded by a former lawyer and serial entrepreneur, we're a female-led, bootstrapped team building with empathy, clarity, and commercial focus. Our product is trusted by legal teams worldwide for its simplicity, speed, and real ROI.

- Turning marketing into measurable growth
If you're excited to
learn fast, master the product, and help scale a global SaaS company from the ground up
, we'd love to hear from you.
Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you'll be learning new things all the time and the Xakia Technologies team will be there to support your growth.
