As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be right at the heart of our marketing team, supporting both HVG Decorative Building and HVG Facades — two of HVG's key business divisions. You'll bring ideas to life through content creation, digital campaigns, and coordination that keeps everything moving. One day you might be updating the website or pulling together customer materials, the next you'll be helping deliver a campaign that builds our brand and generates leads.

Because you'll be working across two fast-paced divisions, you'll need to be adaptable, flexible, and ready to pivot as priorities shift. If you're organised, creative, and keen to grow your skills across a variety of projects, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact while supporting a passionate and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Support - Build and schedule email marketing campaigns and support paid/organic digital activities.
  • Social Media Execution - Create, plan, and schedule social media content in alignment with content calendars, social media strategy, and brand guidelines.
  • Website Management - Upload articles, SEO content, brochures, case studies, and manage product information across the two websites – HVG Facades and HVG Building.
  • Customer Content Development - Create and develop customer focused content including case studies and website project gallery uploads, along with gated content to drive lead generation.
  • Broader Team Support - Manage the process and preparation of customer CPD certificates, as well as the coordination of headshots for the team nationally.
  • Analytics and Reporting - Prepare digital marketing reports and distribute with the team, tracking campaign and channel performance.
  • Marketing Team Support - Provide general support to the marketing team in line with campaign and business requirements.
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or similar desirable.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative flair with ability to design simple, on-brand content (Adobe Suite or Canva experience desirable).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.

This is a full time, hybrid role based out of our Derrimut location. The successful applicant will be expected to be on site 2-3 days per week.
