Lead the Coffee Cart Team | Permanent Full-Time OO3 Role
Metro South Health is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Coffee Cart team at Redland Hospital. This permanent full-time OO3 role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality service to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining excellence in food safety, presentation, and customer care.
Your new role:
As the Coffee Cart Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the Redland Hospital Coffee Cart, ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverages and outstanding customer service. You will manage stock, maintain hygiene standards, and support the efficient operation of the retail outlet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffees and hot beverages to customers
- Supervising day-to-day retail operations, including cash handling and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety Legislation and Workplace Health and Safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across work areas
- Supporting staff training and fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

- Experience in coffee preparation, cash handling, and retail or hospitality environments
