Your new role:
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering education programs that support the professional growth of nurses and midwives at Metro South Health. You will make a meaningful impact by building workforce capability and strengthening patient care outcomes. You will:
- Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of graduate, orientation and student placement programs.
- Provide expert clinical and educational leadership to foster a positive learning culture.
- Partner with nurse leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing capability development.
- Contribute to innovation, research and continuous improvement in nursing education and practice.
About you:
You are an experienced nurse leader and educator who thrives on developing others, driving best practice, and building strong professional cultures. You will have:
- Current NMBA registration and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven expertise in nursing education, program development and clinical facilitation.
- Advanced knowledge of evidence-based practice, simulation and workforce development.
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and engage staff
