About Us
Thistle Co Pty Ltd is a growing, locally owned company with two thriving cafés in Redland City - and a third currently in development ;) - plus a mobile coffee cart we hire out for community events. We are passionate about delivering consistency, executing high-quality, and creating memorable dinning experiences for our customers, while keeping our service friendly and efficient
Our menus vary from breakfast and brunch favourites, tasty toasties, and a rotating specials board, with both dine-in and takeaway options available.
We recently launched our very own specialty coffee brand, Crabby Coffee Co. Think high-quality, ethically sourced beans, with big bold flavour, and A LOT of personality in every cup
Due to our business growing again() we are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Senior Barista to join our team and help drive our continued growth.
Senior Baristas role:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Barista making hot & cold beverages is a must
- Excellence in customer service
- Availability to work across four locations including Ormiston, Cleveland, Thornlands, and on the mobile coffee cart within Redland City.
- Working hours: 20+ hours available, across a rotating 7 day roster with shifts 5am to 2.30pm, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. + No split shifts
- Permanent Part-time opportunities available for the right candidate after probation period.
Requirements:
- Available to work across a rotating 7 day roster
- Hospitality experience kitchens is a must.
- Safety food supervisor certificate OR willing to obtain
- RCC Food Safety course OR willing to complete
- Bonus (but not required): CPR, First Aid
- Right to work in Australia.
