About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Channel Account Manager – Distribution to join our Concrete Systems Division. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Distribution, this role is based out of our Victoria site. You will engage daily with steel reinforcing distributors, specialized concrete resellers and foster and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and integral key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

As our Channel Account Manager, you will:

Make a difference: Strategically develop and manage Concrete Systems distribution/channel partners to drive sustainable above-market growth and profitability with three leading brands.

Bring advanced selling solutions: excellent soft skill set that enhances channel management and key account growth. Proven sales acumen skills to seek opportunities with existing channel partners to reach optimization.

Innovate and solve problems: Create and execute 'push' growth strategies and tailored account development plans that align with business objectives.

Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with field sales engineers have a holistic approach to business outcomes that support segment functions to build strong market connectivity between distributors and end users.

Continuous Improvement: Drive safety culture, process improvements, and strategic execution of business initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven Senior experience managing and growing key distributors in a multi-channel environment.

- Strong analytical and data management skills.

- Ability to create and execute strategic Account Development Plans.

- Preferred experience in the construction industry or related steel sectors.

- A natural '80/20' leader who simplifies, prioritises, and drives focus.

- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without relying on position power.
