Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Totem Global, a digital-first media company with 12B+ views in the last year and home to the world's #1 factual entertainment brand, is on the hunt for their Channel Manager to grow one of their iconic entertainment channels We're helping them fill this position.

If you're passionate about social media content and excited to make an impact in the entertainment space, this is the right role for you.

Requirements:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience managing social media channels professionally (YouTube, Facebook)
  • You have a proven track record in growing social audiences organically
  • You're highly organized, accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • You have strong writing skills with attention to detail for compelling titles and captions
  • You have design knowledge to brief eye-catching and clickable thumbnails
  • You possess strong project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • You're experienced with social analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or revenue-generating pages is a plus
  • You maintain high professionalism when dealing with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Build communities of superfans around your assigned entertainment channel
  • Create clickable thumbnails, titles, and compelling copy to drive discovery and views
  • Design, manage, implement and optimize the content strategy for your channels
  • Analyze channel performance and provide insights with recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with and oversee a team of video editors to create engaging content
  • Stay current on new social media trends, platforms, and emerging products
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with channel goals
  • Manage social media communities and provide regular reporting on KPIs

This is a 6-month contract position with possible extension - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy.
