The Role: As Venue Supervisor, you'll lead and motivate the team on the floor across our bistro, bars, gaming and events spaces—ensuring members and guests enjoy seamless, high-calibre service. You'll set the tone, applying leadership and professionalism during busy service periods, and work closely with senior management to uphold the Club's reputation for excellence.

In this role you will:

  • Supervise daily operations: bistro, bar, gaming, events
  • Manage opening/closing, balancing tills, floats, TAB & Keno, daily banking
  • Be the go-to leader for staff—supporting, training and inspiring the team
  • Ensure compliance with service, safety and licensing standards
  • Uphold the Club's standards for presentation and guest experience
  • Undertake some stock/cellar work and general venue duties as required

About You:

  • Supervisory experience in hospitality or club settings
  • NSW RSA & RCG certifications
  • Personable, energetic leader who thrives in a high-standard environment
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with VIPs and regulars alike
  • Flexible for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts
