About the role
At NESA we are presently focused on an exciting, transformational program of curriculum reform, and this role is a great opportunity to support/Lead the work of passionate educators.
The Administrative Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.
- Providing administrative and support which includes record management, routine correspondence and meeting an event coordination.
- Supporting the effective operational needs of the team.
- Managing and maintain records and databases, while complying with administrative systems and processes.
- Experience developing, implanting and monitoring office systems, procedures and methods.
- Capability to adept to processed and techniques as required.
- Proven experience delivering quality administrative services
- Demonstrated experience in managing administrative teams.
