The Role:
Join us at an exciting time of growth and transformation. As our Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Sydney office, keeping things organised, welcoming, and running seamlessly.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant (based in Melbourne) with a dotted line to the General Manager – Finance (based in Sydney), you'll be the go-to person who makes sure everything just works, from reception and facilities coordination to onboarding support, supplies, travel, and event logistics.
Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and people-focused. Whether you're greeting visitors, coordinating a delivery, or helping set up a new starter, you'll bring calm, care, and attention to detail to everything you do.

How you will contribute to our success:
As our Office Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office, including reception, mail, and deliveries
- Manage office facilities and supplies to ensure a well-equipped and welcoming environment
- Process approved purchases and coordinate catering and event requirements
- Support onboarding logistics for new starters and ensure they have everything they need on day one
- Coordinate meeting rooms, on-site accommodation, and general office activities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across teams and functions
- Assist with office events, travel, and process improvement initiatives
What we're looking for | What will make your application stand out:
- 2–4 years' experience in administration, coordination, or office support roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- A proactive, approachable, and professional communication style
- Experience managing office facilities, supplies, or service providers
- The ability to work independently while supporting a wider national team
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
