Job Profile

Reporting to the Director Business Readiness, the Senior Delivery Lead is responsible to drive strategic planning and delivery across key functions of the GSR project, fostering consistent operating rhythms and optimised workflows. It involves leading and facilitating agile planning processes, enabling high-performing teams to deliver project milestones efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the role is responsible for cultivating strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency and successful project execution across all workstreams.

  • Workflow optimisation
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Governance and delivery capability
  • Team enablement

About you, we're looking for someone with;

  1. High level experience to lead planning strategies and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., cycle planning, retrospectives) across cross-functional teams
  2. Demonstrated track record in managing and motivating multifunctional teams, building delivery capability, and fostering a performance culture
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on spotting issues and improving how teams work.
  4. Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) and planning methodologies
  5. Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills in communicating progress with internal and external stakeholders, aligning priorities, and resolving delivery risks in a cross-functional project environment
