Administration Officer – Hybrid Role (Gold Coast)
Full Time | Civil, Construction & Labour Hire Sector

Ternary Group is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our growing team. This all-rounder position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to support a variety of business functions across civil, construction, and labour hire operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across all departments

  • Assist with project administration and documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems

  • Contribute to basic accounts and bookkeeping tasks (Xero experience favourable)

  • Support executive team with PA/EA duties as required

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in administration (project admin background favourable)

  • Is analytical, organised, and takes initiative

  • Can manage competing priorities with a disciplined and adaptable approach

  • Is eager to keep learning and grow with the company

  • Has strong written communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role – mix of WFH and office-based days (Gold Coast primary location, with some Brisbane office time)

  • Full-time position with flexibility and a supportive team culture
