Ideally located on Queensland's Gold Coast, and situated **close to Robina Town Centre**, our Villa Serena Home is actively seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in Business Administration and Customer Service
- Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
- Experience with rostering processes desirable
- Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and payroll systems
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly organised & able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Flu Vaccination
- COVID Vaccination
