The Executive Officer, Office of Integrity, plays a key role in supporting the University's complaints and student misconduct processes. Reporting to the Manager, Complaints and Student Misconduct, this position contributes to the effective and professional handling of sensitive matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy frameworks.

This role is offering approximately 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Manager, Complaints and Student Misconduct.
  • Assisting with the management of complaints and student misconduct cases, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in relevant committees, project teams, and working groups to support the Office of Integrity's initiatives.
  • Developing expertise in regulatory and policy requirements to offer authoritative advice and guidance.
About the person

You're a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident navigating complex administrative processes.

You will bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar administrative or compliance-focused role.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience using case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a compassionate and professional approach.
  • An understanding of (or ability to quickly learn) regulatory frameworks (e.g. TEQSA, HESA, ESOS, NSO) and university policies.
  • Experience working with complaints and in a higher education setting will be highly regarded.
Salary details

The hourly rate for this casual role is $62.93 (includes 25% casual Loading) plus 12% superannuation.
