The role is client focused and will involve facilitating clients' support arrangements, ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves undertaking a range of HR functions, including screening and recruitment of disability support workers and payroll. - Superior customer service skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Excellent phone manner - Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills - Initiative and a "Can Do" attitude - Passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability - Strong skills in time management and attention to detail - Strong administration skills, including Microsoft word/excel and Gmail/drive - Ability to undertake HR and payroll duties - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision - Drivers’ licence and own reliable transport. Job tenure of the role is casual, initially averaging 20 hours per week, but expected to extend to 38 hours per week.
