As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Customer Support Officer with experience in the window furnishings industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product support and handling inquiries across blinds, awnings, and curtains.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter, track, and update customer orders in our system.
- Quoting & Updates: Prepare, adjust, and maintain quotes, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with customers.
- Database & Records: Maintain accurate customer, order, and product records.
- General Administration: Support the office with filing, organisation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role within the blinds, awnings, or curtains industry (essential).
- Strong knowledge of window furnishing products and processes to provide accurate customer guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
