The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our growing team at VTI. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with all departments, this role plays a key part in managing day-to-day financial operations across our dynamic manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Support month-end reporting and financial administration, including end-to-end payroll processing and weekly timesheet management.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (accountants, suppliers, etc.)
- Assist with tax and compliance requirements including BAS, PAYG, and superannuation
- Provide administrative support to management and contribute to continuous process improvement
You'll be a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
You'll have:
- Proven experience in a finance, accounts, or administration role
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
