About the Role

A specialist property group within the property and community management sector is seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead service delivery, support a dynamic team, and enhance client relationships across a growing portfolio.

This hands-on leadership role suits someone with strata experience who enjoys improving processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

This role does not carry a direct portfolio, however you will provide short-term oversight and support during periods of staff leave to maintain continuity for clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a service team to deliver outstanding client care
  • Oversee communication, service quality, and issue resolution
  • Monitor team performance and operational efficiency
  • Conduct client check-ins and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide backup support during staff leave or peak periods
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in property, strata, or community management
  • Strong communication, organisation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Hands-on, approachable, and committed to client service excellence
