At G4P Richmond, we're opening the doors to something new – a place where sport, fun, and community all come together. We're not just building a venue, we're creating a club where people come to play, laugh, connect, and feel at home.

As our Customer Experience Manager, you'll be right in the middle of the action – leading your team, welcoming our members, and making sure every guest leaves with a big smile (and hopefully a new love for padel).

Whether you've run a café, bar, gym, or retail store, if you know how to make people feel welcome and keep things running smoothly, you'll fit right in. Don't worry if you haven't played padel before – we'll teach you. What matters is that you bring the energy, warmth, and leadership to help us make this club something special.

What You'll Do
  • Be the friendly face that makes members and guests feel instantly at home
  • Build and lead a fun, motivated team who love giving great service
  • Make the customer journey awesome – from memberships to events, bookings, and beyond
  • Create a club vibe that's buzzing, inclusive, and keeps people coming back
  • Jump in on local marketing and community activities to spread the word
  • Keep things safe, smooth, and professional behind the scenes
About You
  • 3+ years' experience leading in hospitality, retail, or leisure
  • A people person through and through – you love building connections
  • Energetic, organised, and always ready to solve a challenge
  • Commercially smart – you understand sales, service, or membership growth
  • Passion for sport, fitness, or just creating great experiences (padel skills taught)
