THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and organised
Account Manager
to join our growing team in Richmond.

You will be the key contact for our major accounts including the NBL affiliated clubs wholesale partners and custom teamwear clients managing every stage from design to delivery. You will work closely with design production logistics and planning teams to ensure smooth operations accurate forecasting and on time delivery.

This is a dynamic role where no two days look the same. It is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced creative and collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Client and Account Management

  • Manage key accounts including NBL league partners wholesale clients and bulk custom teamwear customers
  • Build strong client relationships providing exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities
  • Coordinate all sponsor artwork and production requests to ensure brand and league compliance
  • Prepare quotes timelines and range presentations for clubs and retailers

Operational and Project Coordination

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of apparel programs from product design and approvals through to delivery
  • Maintain product data integrity including SKU setup barcoding and system updates
  • Issue and track purchase orders with local and offshore suppliers
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory and forecasting
  • Support the GM with reporting invoicing and royalty tracking

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Analyse account performance and provide insights on sales stock and delivery metrics
  • Partner with design production and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Uphold sponsorship agreements and operational guidelines for NBL and other partners

ABOUT YOU

  • 2 plus years experience in account management production coordination or sales support preferably in apparel sportswear or consumer goods
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines in a high volume environment
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM or inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
  • A love for sport streetwear and creative expression
