The Company:With a strong reputation for delivering sound, high-quality outcomes, our client is continually growing and now has a great opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to help drive their Commercial & Strata division in Victoria.    

What you need for this role:We need a candidate that is super driven, ready to get off the tools and launch a management career.  In return we can provide security, stability and career progression, the right person will be part of a strong leadership team that enjoys a healthy blend of youth and experience.

  • Building & Construction qualification (minimum Cert IV) - Building Licence preferred
  • Experience in construction, including leadership or project management
  • Insurance industry exposure highly regarded
  • Expertise incommercial construction and/or strata projects
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience
  • Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal and external stakeholders

What you will do in this role:

  • Represent our team with professionalism and build trusted client relationships
  • Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators
  • Drive the division's commercial performance - from margin control to pricing strategies
  • Lead the team to ensure the delivery of complex, high-value commercial and strata repairs
  • Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence
