Right Choice Stoneare seeking an experienced and organised Junior Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee the compiling of paperwork for production
  • Answer phone calls from builders, cabinet makers & customers
  • Take bookings for upcoming jobs
  • Assist with daily running sheets
  • Follow up production information
  • Administrative duties & data entry
  • Take minutes for supplier, office & client meetings
  • Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist Directors with administrative requests

Experience & attributes:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience in stone or construction industry is advantageous, though non-essential
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Good personal presentation
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
