problem-solver, operator, and thought partner
— helping the CEO drive strategy, investor relations, and cross-functional initiatives, while making sure the company executes against its most important priorities. This is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand what it takes to build and scale a global fintech, while being trusted to lead mission-critical projects from day one. What You'll Do
- CEO's Right Hand:
Work closely with the CEO to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across the business. - Special Projects:
Lead initiatives across fundraising, global expansion, compliance, product launches, and strategic partnerships. - Investor & Board Support:

Deliver insights on new markets, competitors, and industry trends to support decision-making. - Cross-functional Execution:

Identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and ensure the CEO's time is focused on the highest-value areas. - Shadow & Anticipate:
Be in the room with the CEO (and often ahead of her) — understanding priorities, anticipating needs, and acting as an extension of her capacity.
About You
- 2–5 years' experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment; comfortable turning data into insights.
- Excellent communicator — can distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messages.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — you thrive in ambiguity and move fast with limited resources.
- Hungry to learn, ambitious, and inspired by the opportunity to help build a global category-defining fintech.
Why Join Us?
- Innovative Product: Be part of a company at the forefront of real-time payments and loyalty innovation.

- Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with uncapped commission potential.
- Supportive Culture: Join a passionate, fast-paced team that values collaboration, innovation, and impact.
How To Apply
- We like to keep things simple, but we also want to make sure this is the right fit for both of us. Here's what to expect:
- Virtual Chat – A casual video call to get to know you, your experience, and what makes you tick.
- Meet the Team – An in-person catch-up at our office to see if we vibe and chat about how you'd make this role your own.
- Show Us Your Thinking – A short presentation where you'll bring some ideas to life (nothing scary, we promise).
If that sounds like your kind of process, we'd love to hear from you.
