What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keep our CEOs on track:
    manage diaries, emails, schedules, and priorities.
  • Handle confidential reports, creative briefs, and sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Organise travel, shoots, events, and content planning meetings.
  • Be the key point of contact between the CEOs and their
    roster of Stars.
  • Coordinate and track creative projects — from concept to delivery — ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Keep operations smooth across multiple channels, campaigns, and content initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as an
    Executive Assistant, Project Officer, or Project Manager
    , ideally in entertainment, digital media, or creative industries.
  • Previous support for CEOs, creators, influencers, or entertainment executives is highly valued.
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills — especially across creative teams.
  • Thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Discreet
