What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver successful projects, driving performance and meeting critical objectives with precision.
- Manage comprehensive project elements including planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and contractor performance to ensure project excellence.
- Guide and develop your project team to achieve outstanding outcomes and foster career growth.
- Represent Dowse Projects and our clients with professionalism and advocacy in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, WHSE, QA, and legal standards.
- Proactively identify risks, negotiate solutions, and maintain seamless communication across all levels.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years' proven success in project management roles within property development, construction, or similar built environment sectors—with strong networks and experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire, influence, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects.
- Deep contract management knowledge paired with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Confident decision-maker thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities with a talent for multi-tasking and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Residency in Australia is a requirement for these roles.
