What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver successful projects, driving performance and meeting critical objectives with precision.
  • Manage comprehensive project elements including planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and contractor performance to ensure project excellence.
  • Guide and develop your project team to achieve outstanding outcomes and foster career growth.
  • Represent Dowse Projects and our clients with professionalism and advocacy in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, WHSE, QA, and legal standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, negotiate solutions, and maintain seamless communication across all levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years' proven success in project management roles within property development, construction, or similar built environment sectors—with strong networks and experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire, influence, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects.
  • Deep contract management knowledge paired with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Confident decision-maker thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities with a talent for multi-tasking and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Residency in Australia is a requirement for these roles.
