As a HR Officer, you will provide essential support across HR operations. You'll help ensure smooth processes, assist leaders, and contribute to a positive workplace culture that values growth and innovation.

This role offers variety and impact, combining HR generalist with recruitment responsibilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

  • Provide HR Support to leaders with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate employment variations, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Queensland-based roles.
  • Assist with Employee Relation matters, including performance management and grievance handling.
  • Help the team conduct risk assessments to mitigate people-related risks.

About You

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
