The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing Rethink Group's online presence, driving engagement, and aligning our social media strategies with our overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

  • Use AI flows to monitor and manage all social media channels, ensuring timely responses to comments and inquiries.

  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates.

  • Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Sprout Social to track performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, preferably within the property or financial services sectors.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Sprout, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English UK spelling and grammar.

  • Experience or strong interest in property investment preferred .

  • Ability to film and edit short-form video content on iPhone using native platform tools.
