Personal Trainer & Sales Manager (Hybrid Role)

Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer with a sales mindset to step into a unique hybrid role. You'll combine 1-on-1 coaching with sales leadership and business development—perfect for someone who wants more than just session delivery and is ready to progress toward studio management.

About the Role

This is not your typical PT job. You'll play a key role in our studio's growth while transforming lives through coaching. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering 20–25 personal training sessions per week
  • Managing new client leads, consults, and conversion pathways
  • Driving local marketing, community outreach, and social media engagement
  • Contributing to studio KPIs and client retention strategies
  • Developing your career toward management or studio ownership

What We're Looking For

You're the right fit if you:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness (required)
  • Have experience in sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles
  • Know how to generate leads and create impact using social media
  • Are confident working toward sales KPIs
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR and a Working With Children Check
  • Want to step up into a leadership role within the fitness industry

What You'll Receive

  • $40/hr-$45 during your 12-week onboarding period (fully paid, no rent)
  • After onboarding: $60,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses
  • Progression to Studio Manager or Franchise Owner earning $120K–$250K+
  • Structured onboarding with 100+ hours of paid development
  • All admin, tax, super, and insurances covered
  • Supportive team culture with a clear growth path
