About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Producer – Paid Media & Video to join our content team. This junior-to-mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating video content that performs.

With support from the Creative & Content Lead - you'll be responsible for the full production cycle—ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and optimising video assets—specifically tailored for Meta, Tiktok and YouTube. You'll help bring our brand to life through scroll-stopping content that drives paid performance.

Responsibilities:

With support and direction from the Creative & Content Lead, you will:

  • Plan, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content across Meta, Tiktok, and YouTube

  • Script and revise video ads, optimising based on performance data and platform best practices

  • Quickly identify and react to social trends, producing timely, relevant content

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and content team to align on creative strategy

  • Research and stay on top of emerging trends in both organic and paid content

  • Occasionally appear on-camera as a host or brand ambassador as needed

  • Manage multiple deadlines with efficiency, detail, and creativity under pressure

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in a similar content creation or videography role, ideally in a DTC, eCommerce, or retail brand (in-house or agency side)

  • Extensive experience with video editing software - ideally CapCut

  • Experience scripting and iterating on performance-focused ad creatives based on testing and performance data

  • Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for paid media, especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads

  • Demonstrated ability to film, edit, and deliver mobile-first video content (especially using iPhone)

  • Familiarity with direct response advertising principles, social hooks, CTAs, and storytelling frameworks

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple quick-turnaround projects under tight deadlines

  • Up-to-date with social, cultural, and platform-specific trends, and passionate about bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table

  • Basic knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop rate) to help optimise content
