We're on the hunt for a sales-driven fitness professional with a Cert IV in Fitness to join our team at Vision PT Bondi Junction in a hybrid Sales Personal Training role.

About the Role:

This is not your average PT gig. You'll lead our sales and marketing engine while also delivering impactful 1-on-1 coaching. Perfect for someone who wants to move beyond just training and build toward studio leadership.

You will:

  • Manage lead nurture from enquiry to conversion

  • Drive local marketing, community outreach & social media content

  • Deliver 20–25 PT sessions/week with our engaged, long-term clients

  • Earn commissions, profit share, and work toward studio ownership

We're Looking For:

  • Cert IV in Fitness (required)

  • Strong sales, marketing or customer-facing experience

  • Social media skills - you know how to engage and generate leads

  • Confidence with KPIs and accountability

  • First Aid/CPR & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
