About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team focusing on delivery of temporary workers to the Sydney construction industry. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will have the opportunity to earn commission and resource candidates from day one supporting the broader recruitment team while building your own client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screening & Compliance: Conduct thorough interviews and ensure all workers meet Safework, immigration, and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review placements, gather client feedback, and ensure worker performance meets expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new client opportunities to grow your desk.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships, understand staffing needs, and provide tailored labour hire solutions. Conducting site visits throughout Sydney
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (labour hire or construction preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
