Social Media & Influencer Marketer

Full-time | Hybrid (Bondi Junction office + WFH)

We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Influencer Marketer to help grow our brand presence across social media, paid advertising and beyond. You will work with our social media manager (she's awesome) on creator partnerships, oversee social media content, organise paid content and play a key role in growing our brand's personality online.

What you'll do

UGC & Influencer Management

  • Organise paid media & UGC campaigns: negotiate rates and deliverables, generate contracts, brief creators, provide feedback.
  • Work alongside our paid media manager to create and organise more ad creatives that are high performing
  • Manage gifted collaborations and outreach to creators.
  • Suggest, implement and test marketing angles that you think could work
  • Track collaborations, follow up on deliverables, and keep content libraries updated.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule posts, engage with the community (DMs, comments, reshares).
  • Run Instagram giveaways and manage collaboration posts.
  • Monitor social media platforms for tags and reposts, edit UGC into engaging reels, and help grow the brand's social media presence with fun and organic content.

Content Creation

  • Design static creatives such as email headers, ad creatives, and campaign graphics.
  • Use Canva (and similar tools) for basic graphic design tasks.
  • Attend and help plan photo shoots
  • Repurpose raw video/photo assets into ads, reels, and promotional content
  • Assist with brand activations, campaigns, and seasonal/event-based content planning.

Community, Admin & Brand Growing

  • Build PR opportunities (press features, influencer gifting lists).
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the wider team.
  • Contribute to packaging revamps, brand kit creation, and activations to grow brand personality.
About you
  • Experience in influencer or social media management (UGC campaign experience highly valued).
  • Skilled at negotiating, briefing, and giving constructive creative feedback.
  • Confident using tools like Shopify, Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong eye for design and content trends, particularly on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
