Senior Education Consultant – International Student Recruitment (Mixed Portfolio: HE + VET/ VTAC)

Your Impact

  • Convert student enquiries into commencements (12–15 HE/mixed; 8–10 VET/ELICOS per month)
  • Provide tailored counselling on courses, pathways, and visas
  • Engage with partners (schools, agents, community organisations) as well as direct student referrals to drive commencements.
  • Ensure applications are accurate, compliant, and on time
  • Support education fairs, events, and campaigns

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in student recruitment or education sales (HE, VET, or VTAC)
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Familiar with the Australian education system and visa processes
  • Bonus: QEAC / ICEF training, multilingual ability, CRM experience
