- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative duties related to bidding, estimating, and project kick-off
- Prioritising competing deadlines and manage multiple bid projects simultaneously
- Managing and maintaining our bid collateral library, including standard responses and template materials, which is used as a repository to supplement the development of future submissions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in bid writing and procurement for education technology
- Ensuring that all bids are compliant with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Conducting quality reviews and proofread bid responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a professional presentation
- Implementing feedback from unsuccessful bids to continuously improve bid quality and outcomes, providing input into developing strategies that will improve the company's win ratio
