We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the Foodservice sector across Sydney and Canberra.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow sales with foodservice customers in NSW and ACT, including restaurants, catering groups, clubs, airlines, and food manufacturers.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand our reach in Sydney and Canberra.

- Position and differentiate products to suit the specific requirements of the foodservice sector.

- Build long-term relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and catering decision-makers.

- Execute sales and promotional strategies to achieve agreed volume, penetration, and profitability targets.

- Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and trends in the foodservice industry.

- Deliver accurate forecasts, sales reports, and account plans to management.

- Ensure effective order flow, service compliance, and account satisfaction.

-Collaboration with logistics/operations for order fulfillment

The role will focus exclusively on expanding our footprint with key foodservice accounts, including restaurants, manufacturers, airline and shipping catering, clubs, and institutional buyers. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships, increase distribution, and position our differentiated product ranges to meet the unique needs of diverse foodservice operators. Incumbent should have the solution selling skills to grow the business while growing the menu offerings for customers.

Minimum 5+ years of foodservice sales experience is required for this position.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

This role requires weekly regional travel within NSW and ACT to service customer accounts.

A current driver's licence is required for this role.
