SmartFrame by Tilling, Australia's leading supplier of Engineered Wood Products (EWP), is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in NSW.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be a key ambassador of the SmartFrame brand, working closely with merchants, builders, and industry professionals to deliver market-leading timber solutions across metropolitan and regional NSW.

As we continue to grow nationally, this role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, values-driven organisation that prides itself on innovation, customer service, and long-term partnerships in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing an existing customer base of merchants and builders
  • Building strong professional relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identifying new business, product, and project opportunities
  • Representing the SmartFrame brand at trade nights, industry events, and client meetings
  • Reporting on visits and market feedback via CRM
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Technical, Despatch, and Design Centre staff
  • Regular regional travel may be required

What you bring:

  • 5+ years' sales experience in the timber, EWP, or building products industry
  • Strong understanding of the timber merchant and trade market
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid time management, planning and CRM reporting ability
  • Experience with Engineered Wood Products is highly regarded
  • Existing networks with merchants or builders will be highly valued
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude and a drive to deliver value
