We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider specialising in managing and deploying infrastructure across public cloud, private cloud, data centres, and on-premises environments. Working closely with our customers' IT teams, we pride ourselves on being trusted partners who deliver measurable results.

As part of our 2025 growth strategy, we are expanding our talented team to include an IT Sales Representative – a role that blends onsite technical engagement with customer relationship management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while building and maintaining strong client relationships.


How You'll Contribute

  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets.
  • Represent our values and commitment to exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous B2B or B2C sales experience is essential.
  • Open to candidates from various sales backgrounds (face-to-face or phone-based).
  • Prior 3+ months experience as an SDR, BDR, or BDM (or similar outbound role) is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • High-energy individual with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to understand clients' business challenges.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and correspondence
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia and based in Sydney, NSW.
