Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, bubbly, and highly communicative Sales Representative to promote and sell our dairy products. In this role, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, becoming a vital part of our mission to bring premium dairy to households and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cafe's, shops, supermarkets, and other customers.
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Create a pipeline of leads and reach out to new potential clients using various channels including email, social media, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Work closely with Procal's distribution network in building their respective sales areas.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively promoting our dairy products and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including their benefits and unique selling points, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Share insights with the team to enhance strategies.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare weekly sales reports through CRM.
- Become an expert in product knowledge and have the ability to troubleshoot issues with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese will be highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a bubbly, approachable personality.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dairy products or the food industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
